Diesel History began when Professor Rudolf Diesel perfected the power principle which now bears his honoured name. Diesel’s chief designer, Dr Hugo Güldner  worked with him from 1898 to 1904, when following on his experience with diesel he commenced manufacturing his own engines.

Later, he produced his first solid injection Diesel Engine.

Today, Güldner Diesel Engine are in world-wide use. So highly are they regarded that Ronaldson-Tippett selected Güldner Diesel Engines to build, under licence, and so bring the advantages of these compact, light-weight, versatile air-cooled Diesels to Australia.

As with all Ronaldson-Tippett Engines, spare parts are promptly available all over Australia.
